Myself and my partner were looking to move from out of area into reading/caversham. From the first phone call with T’shya she was extremely helpful and professional and sorted us a viewing at a time that suited us. When we got to the viewing we were greeted by T’shya and Mark who showed us around the property and answered all of our questions (we had a lot) we went for multiple viewings with other agencies in the previous weeks and found that when you met with someone at a property the agent seemed disinterested and wanted you out of the property as soon as possible however we did not find this with Mark and T’shya, they gave us time to look and were super friendly. After the viewing Mark kept in contact with me to let me know what was happening, again from previous interactions with other agents in the area you'd have to chase them for updates however Mark was incredibly proactive in keeping us updated with the house. After Mark sorting everything with the landlord we were supported to fill out all of the forms and everything we needed to move. I will update the review in a couple of weeks after we officially move in but I assume the process with be as smooth as it has been already. If you are planning on moving to the area I would recommend having a look at which properties Romans have as it's a great team there and I would recommend.
