Very helpful, honest, efficient and understanding. Always felt like we were prioritised, even though Romans must have so many buyers to deal with at one time. Ashleigh helped us out at all stages of the move, through all the very difficult twists and turns and stressful times that are impossible to avoid. Would definitely recommend and use again.
