TL;DR Really happy with Romans – but Kian & Leonte are the icing on the cake! We’re not local to Reading, but we have two rental properties managed through Romans. That kind of distance could be a headache, but honestly? Romans have made it completely painless. They've consistently delivered: great tenants, competitive rates, and proper support whenever we've needed it. On top of that solid experience, we've got Kian and Leonte on the ground – each looking after one of our places. They're always contactable, quick to act, and genuinely care. Kian in particular went above and beyond to help us with some renovation work we needed to get done. They're the kind of people who make a good agency feel like a great one!
