⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding service from Matthew and Hannah – truly exceeded expectations! I have used Romans in the past and have never been disappointed, but this time they completely exceeded expectations. From the very start, Matthew Leigh was fantastic. He showed an incredible amount of patience throughout the initial process, which was deeply reassuring. What I appreciated most was that before I had even signed the contracts to sell the house with him, he wasn't pushy at all—whereas many other agents definitely would have been. Within the first week of going on the market, the team secured multiple offers. Before even presenting them to me, they had already graded them by quality, allowing us to have a transparent, open discussion about the pros and cons of each before choosing the best buyer. The completion process took longer than expected, which is when Hannah Rawlings stepped in as the go-between for myself, the solicitors, and Matthew. Hannah was just as amazing—constantly chasing updates and keeping everyone firmly in the loop. We hit a few stumbling blocks along the way, including a rather aggressive mortgage survey. While other agents might have pressured me to reduce the agreed price just to close the deal, Matthew stood firm. He navigated the situation perfectly and negotiated like a true professional. Matthew has all the hallmarks of a brilliant leader, and I would be genuinely shocked if he doesn’t become the manager of the Reading branch over the next few years. I’ve had a really positive experience with Romans Property Management in Reading.
