I find Romans hard to navigate. There seem to be many different departments & you are given many different points of contact. For example, sales, lettings, management, administration, move in team, finance etc. You never know who to contact for what. As a loandlord you really want a one stop shop, A relationship manager, Its always virtually impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone. You always get through to an answer machine which is frustrating! You are not kept informed - you have to chase for everything. So I'm sorry its not good feedback at the moment.

I thought that generally their service was great, there was a bit of miscomunication about our buyer choices ie. we thought we were selling to first time buyers, not an invester. But ultimately our property was sold for more than it was valued at and very quickly! so happy customers all round:-) Thank you for your feedback relating to your sale.
