Query still not resolved after several phone calls/emails. Starting with the day that we had scheduled to move in, they were late for more than three (3) hours, because apparently they could not find the key of the property. I had to wait in the street with all my personal belongings, I didn't even receive an apology. Later on, I have been trying to contact the property manager for several issues, and he always gets back to me at least one week later, and doesn't even help to solve anything.
