We have an apartment in The Loftings in Maidenhead, currently rented and managed by Romans. Having it managed by the Romans agency is very important for us to keep up to date with the changes in regulations and have a contractor for various fixes when needed in the property. We're very happy working with Romans to manage our rental property. This simply helps me save serious time dealing with contractors and having all fixes done on time. Our tenants are also happy to get all their queries or issues addressed by Romans on time instead of pinging me every time.
