As first-time buyers, we had very little knowledge of how the process worked or what to look out for when viewing properties, but Jordan made sure to point out all the key features and made us feel completely at ease throughout. During the buying process, Ebonie was always on hand to answer our questions. She was incredibly kind, patient, and explained everything clearly, which gave us real peace of mind. As new buyers, we often weren’t even sure what questions to ask, but the team at Romans were always available, kept us fully updated, and guided us through every step of the process. I’m someone who always reads reviews before deciding which company to go with, and honestly, I can’t fault Romans at all. Jordan is an outstanding manager and a huge asset to the company. He is clearly doing an amazing job leading such a professional, friendly, and supportive team.
