A very positive experience from certain staff. We achieved more than the asking price and I can't speak too highly of Sarah Thomas in the Tilehurst branch. She went over and beyond, often chasing individuals after the branch had officially closed for the day. One negative was the portal It wasn't updated regularly and up until completion, it was showing "awaiting draft contract".
