My wife and I are absolutely delighted that Ceri Evans has been managing our house in Winchester for so long. Ceri is excellent with tenants, and very proactive, which minimises our involvement, although anything major is always discussed with us. if there are any questions to which we need answers, Ceri has virtually always replied the same day, and sometimes within seconds or minutes of being asked! Few months ago i was looking for a small flat which is suitable for my family and me , and also my priority was in winchester. Within a matter of time Romans helped me to find a cosy flat within my budget. And they arranged and cleaned the flat before handover. Even though the old bed was not in a good condition, they arranged a new bed by contacting the landlord which was really helpful and quick. Especially Olivia , hannah did a great job in assisting me to complete the process, they were answering for my emails patiently . And i am also thankful ceri evans and melanie . Thank you. Ceri Evans has been very proactive and helpful addressing my issues and highlighting things that I as a tenant need to be aware of.She has always been courteous and practical.

I have found Ceri Evans at Romans Winchester to be a pleasure to do business with. In between lettings, I decided to upgrade a few areas in the property. Ceri was the complete professional, arranging new carpets, flooring, painting and decorating and sorting out new appliances. All the jobs were completed on time, and within budget and Ceri’s communication was first class. 5 stars in every aspect!
