We had such a wonderful experience with Carly from Romans in Windors. Carly went out of her way to show us houses and was very responsive to all our questions and requirements. We will be back should we need a house in the future.

Kim Stockley has been my contact at Roman's since taking over the management of my mum's flat - which she rents out via Romans. My mum has unfortunately had to go into a home and I had little to no idea of what I was doing. Kim has been amazing at providing information and guiding me through everything I need to know. She's also amazing at keeping the lines open between myself and our tenants, problem solving, and has been vital in helping me search for the relevant paperwork I need going forward. She has been a saint through, what has been, a very difficult time for our family and has made this process of managing the flat so much easier. She is polite, professional and quick to sort out any issues. Thank you Kim for all your help and guidance. You're an absolute credit to Romans!
