Being with Romans in Bath for quite a long time we had ups and downs, more downs then ups. We had worked with several property managers but it was more or les the same, not very happy. Recently when Hayley McPhail took over to manage our properties, things are different. We have good cooperation, understanding, quick and efficient responds for various issues.
