What else can I say other than Thank you to the team at Romans Estate Agent in Swindon and I would 100% recommend them and will use them again should the chance arise. From the outset, Jordan was friendly, professional and reassuring through the whole process. Ebonie, Imagine and Jake were amazing with handling viewings but also offering clear and well communicated feedback. Ours was not an easy sales process or final chain. We also had some very (imho) underperforming solicitors. At this point Jordan stepped up and worked tirelessly to go above and beyond to Project Manage the whole process in place of those who should have been doing more/better (external to Romans). I know the our sale made all the team more than earn their money and I will be forever grateful. For anyone senior at Romans reading this, please recognise the team you have in Swindon and if you would like any specific feedback from me I would be very happy to share so please reach out.
