Renting for the first time is naturally quite a scary process, but my experience with Romans Bracknell so far has been really positive and much less overwhelming than I expected! Dan, who I’ve dealt with the most, has been incredibly helpful throughout. He’s always taken the time to answer my (many) questions, explain the process clearly and keep me updated, which has been really reassuring.
