We have been clients of Romans lettings for some years and been pleased with the service. Three years ago my husband retired and decided to manage the property himself, with Romans conducting the check in, marketing and check out process and finding us super tenants. We have now decided to sell our property from Romans and the Lettings Team, notably Leo Shalom, have been amazing in helping us with the termination process for our tenants, even though we are no longer clients of the Lettings department. We have been very impressed with the teamwork at Romans in supporting us and their responsiveness with the new Tenants Rights legislation complications.
