We’ve stayed with four different letting agencies over the years, and I can honestly say Romans has been the best by far. From the very beginning, Suresh made the onboarding process smooth and straightforward, explaining everything clearly and making us feel well looked after. Lucky was excellent with communication throughout our tenancy and was always helpful whenever we had any questions or needed assistance. Charlotte was also very helpful when arranging viewings for others while we were still at home. She was always respectful and considerate, making the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible for us. Finally, Kaitlyn Young handled the deposit return process efficiently and professionally, making sure everything was dealt with smoothly.
