From booking our very first viewing appointment to collecting the keys to our new home, the team at Romans in Swindon were absolutely flawless. We met Jordan for our viewing appointment, and he showed us around the property professionally while answering every question we had. As first-time buyers, we had very little knowledge of how the process worked or what to look out for when viewing properties, but Jordan made sure to point out all the key features and made us feel completely at ease throughout. During the buying process, Ebonie was always on hand to answer our questions. She was incredibly kind, patient, and explained everything clearly, which gave us real peace of mind.
