Dale Craft at Romans rescued me after awful experiences with two previous agents. I cannot recommend him too highly. I have given four rather than five stars, due to the fact that having sorted me out, I then have to move on to deal with other people at Romans, as Dale deals with the initial issues only. I wish I could have continued with him.

My experience of working with Kaitlyn was very good. I appreciated the fact she took time to understand my issues/concerns and worked with me to provide the correct documentation for the Adjudicators to assess the claim correctly. This is the first time I have had such a dispute and was not familiar with the process. Kaitlyn took time (lots of patience) in explaining to me how it works, timeframe, evidence etc. She kept me informed of deadlines and checked my evidence before submitting as she didn’t want to waste my time. I really valued her ‘eye for detail’ on matters, more importantly she provided regular updates, which were very helpful. Although I was stressed and anxious at times, Kaitlyn took this in her stride and again explained the process, she was calm, focussed and reassuring that a fair decision will be made. She is clearly knowledgeable in this type of work; I found her to be extremely professional and courteous in all our communications. She was highly efficient, and incredibly responsible, she is a problem solver and went out of her way to assist me on matters. I truly valued and appreciated her efforts and genuinely enjoyed working with her.
