Jon has been working in the property industry for 15 years, starting with Romans in 2008. Since then Jon has worked and lived in the local region. He started his career as a negotiator in Camberley, before being promoted to the Assistant Manager there, working his way up to become a manager in the Aldershot, Camberley and Fleet branches, then senior manager looking after three offices and since 2019 has been Regional Lettings Director for Romans where he oversees seven offices. Jon loves the day to day office environment and working alongside like-minded people who have the same work ethos as himself. Romans in Staines were an absolute delight. They were professional, courteous, understanding, punctual, considerate, good at communicating, managed well, efficient and respectful at all times. Very satisfied with the service and overall conduct by Romans. Polite, professional, on-point. Tom, Akash, and Jessica made all processes easy for me. Definitely recommended. **** **** **** I am going to have to revisit this one after the checkout procedures have been completed. There were some petty charges upon check-out towards cleaning, which, were not necessarily justifiable per se. Let me preface this by saying that the above comments still stand as far as communication goes. Cleaning charges, and/or inventory comes from 3rd party providers, but nonetheless, Romans deals with those providers as well as landlords and they should be able to manage them better. The charges were: The extractor fan of the bathroom was not cleaned, there was dust on the inside of the radiators, and unpolished bathroom mirror. I understand where this is coming from, and I have accepted the charges. However, in order to clean those items, one would have to completely replace them as the wear and tear of them could not allow any sort of manipulation - minus the mirror, maybe that is what did it! On top of that, those items were highlighted in the check-in inventory just like that, the landlord/Romans charged the previous tenants for the same things, but they were not cleaned or replaced whatsoever. Like I said, petty charges. Feels a little bit dishonest, but here it is. Cheers
