In accordance with the Covid-19 Regulations and Government guidance all lots will be sold by a timed auction via the online auction area of our website, until further notice.

All bidders/potential buyers are required to register ahead of the auction date to be able to bid/buy. Please click here for the registration form and email it to us at

In order to authorise you to bid we will require certified ID documents from a Leaders Romans Group employee or a professional person including a bank or building society official, councillor, minister of religion, dentist, chartered accountant, solicitor or notary, teacher or lecturer, that contain the following:

  • A statement confirming “Certified to be a true copy of the original seen by me and a true likeness of the person”
  • Details of the person certifying and indication of professional status
  • A signature and date with a printed name
  • The occupation and address or telephone number of the person certifying

Our local branches will be able to certify your documents.

Bidding is made via your mobile device, laptop or desk top computer. The process is fully transparent and you will be able to see all of the bids placed in real time. Bidders are able to participate in the auction by choosing one of the following options;

  • Online live bidding
  • Live Telephone bidding
  • Proxy Bid

Live bids can be made without limitation. Proxy bids will be made by a member of the auction team on your behalf, up to the indicated maximum bid price.

Our sale room is located at the Conference Centre, 100 Longwater Avenue, Green Park - just off junction 11 of the M4 at Reading.

The Conference Centre is set within attractive landscaped grounds arranged around a picturesque lake and there is free car parking on site. Within the building there is a restaurant serving drinks, snacks and hot meals.
