Contracts are exchanged on the day and secured with a 10% deposit when you sell through an auction. Completion then takes place 30 working days later. That’s a quick sale – the greatest advantage of auctions.

Very happy with the service from Romans, Tasmin ? Who showed us round on our initial viewing was lovely. No pressure or hard sell very polite happy and friendly. She also gave us the call to say our offer was successful on a BH which was a lovely call to receive and unexpected as we thought we would have to wait till the Tuesday. The lady (Grace?)that was speaking to both us and the seller initially when we were negotiating our offer was also great and super helpful again no pressure . Reece was also prompt in answering a query when I called and following up with both call and email. Whilst we didn’t have luck selling our home with a different Romans branch , our onward purchase through the Bracknell branch has been a positive experience so far.
