Our building surveyors combine their vast experience of building technology with their knowledge of landlord and tenant law, in order to provide our commercial property owners and occupiers with sound and reliable advice.
We undertake commercial building surveys for a variety of purposes, including:
- Pre-purchase Building Surveys
- Schedules of Dilapidations and Advice in Negotiations
- Schedules of Condition
- Problem Diagnosis and Remedy
- Project Management
- Party Wall Matters
- Expert Witness
We are also often instructed to negotiate in order to reach a settlement between parties, following a lease termination or when agreeing licences for alterations.
