I had a great experience dealing with Chloe from Romans Caversham, she is very prompt in replying to emails and queries, hope to receive the same support during the tenancy!

A very good experience from Romans with both the lettings and the sales departments. Romans managed my buy-to-let flat for 8 years, and marketed the flat when I came to sell. Overall I was happy with the service provided by both lettings and sales. However, I chose not to use the Romans recommended third party "Lifetime Legal" to find a solicitor, etc. They charge an up-front fee and you don't know which conveyancer you'll be assigned. Overall, I would use Romans again. Thanks to Jacob Flannigan, Ciaran McCrossan, Alison Savva and Mathew Hembra. One star deducted due to my experience with "Lifetime Legal".
