We have been with Romans, Wokingham, for almost two years now, and we are more than pleased with the service provided. Elliot Belliss recently took over our property and has been approachable, helpful, and reliable. We have had a few unexpected maintenance issues that needed urgent resolution, and these were completed and dealt with in good time.

We’ve recently started renting a property through this agency and worked with Jonathan Randall during the process. He was friendly, helpful, and responsive from the start — arranging a viewing for the house we liked within just two days and making the application process smooth and straightforward. There was some early emphasis on tenant insurance through their partner company, which we were a bit unsure about, but we appreciated that Jonathan was doing his best and staying professional throughout. Overall, we’re happy with how everything was handled and look forward to continuing our tenancy with the support of the agency.

Although we decided to on another property Jonathan Randall was exceptional! Incredibly responsive, went above and beyond to have us view the property as early as possible. He arranged for his colleague to show us around and she was also really helpful. Thanks Jon, will keep you in mind if we are looking for a future home.
