Excellent experience as a tenant renting a property with Romans with Anne-Marie’s help. I have rented at 3 different places in the last 3 years and this was by far the easiest and best experience thanks to Anne-Marie. Anne-Marie was efficient, friendly and helpful in her communications, always was available when I called and if she said she would call me back on a certain day she would. There were a few hiccups during referencing but her assistance made the process far less stressful and worrying.

I was really impressed with Romans estate agents in Wokingham. Alexandra really looked after me. On first meeting her she was very warm, friendly and professional. She showed me round and then advised me of a few things. I put my offer in and once accepted, she really helped me with the referencing side of things (I’m new to renting so this was alien to me). Her communication was fantastic as well as her professionalism. It was also a lovely touch that there was a ‘new home’ card and welcome box. Louise who did the handover of keys was also great! Daisy was also so helpful I would highly recommend Romans Estate Agents
